Interesting! So what will I do in this role then? 🤔

You’ll play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day financial operations while ensuring we stay compliant and accurate in our reporting. You’ll take ownership of:

Daily bookkeeping:
- Account payables

- Account receivables

- Day-to-day accounting, ensuring a correct reflection of the business in the general ledger

- Management of ingoing & outgoing payments

Monthly responsibilities such as:

- Tax reporting and payments (VAT, employment tax, profit tax).
- Period end closing activities
- Account reconciliation

Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will help you collaborate effectively with our CFO and other internal teams, ensuring smooth financial operations across the board.


Fine, I'm interested! :) What should my previous experience consist of?

We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum three years of accounting experience (experience from internal/external financial auditing is a plus).

Accounting software proficiency:
-You should be comfortable using Fortnox and expense management tools like Pleo or Juni, and familiar with banking systems, especially Nordea.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles (K2/K3).
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models is highly beneficial.
